Refund policy

Returns will only be accepted for items broken in transit.

Returns will not be accepted for variations in wood grain, natural wood form or marks resulting from the hand-crafted process.

If your item is broken in transit please contact us via email at jude@juderaffillsdesign.co.nz within 3 days of receiving the item.


We will forward you the return process to follow.

The Rimu & Nail Bottle Opener Co is not liable for the loss of items being returned.

On receipt of the returned item we will assess it to ensure it meets our criteria for replacement.

If the item meets the criteria for replacement, the cost of the return despatch will be covered by The Rimu & Nail Bottle Opener Co.

If the item meets the criteria for replacement, a new item will be despatched with despatch costs covered by The Rimu & Nail Bottle Opener Co.
